Cancellation Policy
We value your time and ours . To ensure fairness and smooth scheduling for all clients , please review our cancellation policy below :​
1. Notice Period

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled of the service time.
2. Fees for Late Cancellation

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service cost.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Emergency Exceptions

We understand that emergencies happen . If you need to cancel due to a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible . We may waive the fee at our discretion.

Recurring Appointments

For recurring services , consistent cancellation may lead to loss of your reserved time slot.
